Combat Sports

MARTIAL ARTS

Muay Thai

All Levels

Learn striking, defence, footwork, pad work, bag work, basic combinations and partner drills. Our structured syllabus takes you from Intro/Foundation through to Advanced levels with measurable progression at every stage.

Kickboxing

All Levels

K1-style kickboxing for all levels. Foundation classes teach the fundamentals of striking and movement. General and Advanced sessions build with ring craft, fight strategies and competitive preparation.

Boxing

All Levels

Foundation covers footwork, striking, defence, fitness and discipline. General and Intermediate classes introduce supervised sparring, advanced combinations and tactical ring work.

Clinch

All Levels

An essential part of Muay Thai training. Develop posture, balance, knee and elbow strikes, sweeps and control in the clinch. Builds strength, timing and fight IQ for close-range exchanges.

BJJ (Gi)

All Levels

Introduction into the intricacies and techniques of the comprehensive grappling sport. Classes include warm-up, technical drills, movement patterns and conditioning to build a strong grappling foundation.

Wrestling

All Levels

Led by Alibeg Vechedov with 40+ years of experience. From basic takedowns and positional control to advanced competition techniques and MMA transitions.

MMA

Intermediate+

Effectively combine striking and grappling disciplines in our mixed martial arts programme. Learn to transition between ranges and develop a well-rounded combat skill set.

Youth (12-18)

Ages 12-18

Boxing, Muay Thai/Kickboxing and Wrestling for young athletes aged 12 to 18. Designed to improve technical skill but also the wellbeing of our students.

Kids (5-11)

Ages 5-11

A great introduction to martial arts for children aged 5 to 11. No head contact. Classes focus on fitness, striking, defence, flexibility and discipline in a fun, safe setting.

Female Only

All Levels

Led by Ruqsana Begum. Build confidence, improve physical and mental wellbeing and learn martial arts skills in a safe environment designed for women of all experience levels.

Thai Sword (Krabi Krabong)

All Levels

An ancient weapon-based martial arts system from Thailand. Learn traditional sword, staff and dual-weapon techniques rooted in centuries of combat heritage. Not included in monthly membership.

Experience Required

KO Boxing Academy has a rich history of producing world champion fighters. Pro Team sessions are for experienced competitors. Contact us for enquiries.
